    Another great find! But i'm missing one of the palm trees... or maybe i'm lacking a dependency, because my Girafe palm trees do not show up when I plop the plaza. the other two trees appears, but my Girafes are just holes in the ground. Maybe someone can help me out with that? thanks, yall.

    Anytime I find a great piece, I am not surprised to see that it is one of Mattb325's work. Always has the best quality of stuff. I was looking for a Coffee/Café shop and this took the cake. I now place this building next to my beach resorts because it just looks so beautiful. Awesome work! please keep them coming. Thanks!

    Recently downloaded. I only had 2 of the 4, but i figured out that the others will not appear in the Rewards/Gift tab until AFTER you have the population qualification. Happy i was able to figure that out everything works perfectly. THank you!

    Hello! I am new to Simtropolis but not new to SimCity4. I've been playing the game since it first came out back in 2003. (I'm curious what they're going to do for its 20th anniversary in 2023.) I am here mostly for the mods lol once I learned that was a thing (very recently!! how did i not know this?) I am trying to get my hands on all of it haha! i already downloaded and installed the NAM 44. But are theyre other mods i can download??? building mods? where can i find them on this site?
