    KK Wind Farm Maintenance Facility A Division of Kloudkicker Industries. This is a AMPS Certified Mod. One 4x4 plopable high tech industrial facility found in the utilities menu. This lot DOES NOT produce power, however it does produce 222 High Tech jobs. The Wind Farm Maintenance Facility is the center of operations for servicing wind turbines. Wind energy is an important part of the increasing need for renewable energy. The wind turbine industry is rapidly growing along with the services needed to repair them. This kind of facility provides the necessary infrastructure to service the ground turbines when they are in need of maintenance. The service men and women don't work from home, they need this wind farm maintenance facility in your city. Hurry and build one today!     KK Transformer Lots-Small Brought to you by Kloudkicker Industries. This is a AMPS Certified Mod. This pack provides you with 33- 1x1 and 1x2 lots and 4- TE street lots. For a total of 37 lots, and can be found in the power menu. These transformers are for use in small areas and do not require road access (except the 4 TE lots), or when you only need a little more power but don't need a full scale plant or substation. All the lots are designed to blend into their appropriate surrounding's as best as possible while giving a variety of looks. Some lots use family props, so they wont look the same with each plop. No jobs, no water used and no pollution produced. You can pick and chose which set or sets you would like to use. Pick just 1 set to all 7 of them, your choice. Just remove the set('s) your not using from the Plugins folder. These lots can be used as mini independent power stations. Or used as they were deigned to be, intended as core files for a mod underdevelopment and is in testing stages called AMPS.     KK Underground Nuclear Waste Facility A by-product of Kloudkicker Industries Nuclear waste is not going to disappear any time soon. It requires proper storage for long term and SC4 is not equipped to deal with this issue beside a "reward" lot you can get when you are broke and out of options. But the radiation it produces will ruin a good city and the funds received are not worth the trouble. This is where the Underground Nuclear Waste Facility comes into play. An unconditional reward with no radiation pollution and paying you 2950 Simoleans a month. Transit enabled dual track rail for freight and passengers allows the waste to arrive by train. It will require 375,000 Simoleans to plop and 830MW/month in power, but after 127 years its paid for. A built in water pump means no water is needed. Also the negative landmark and park effects are not all that bad on this lot. And as a bonus, this lot recycles 1% trash for 100,000 sims. Think of it as the nuclear waste going here instead of the landfill. It is not cheap to bulldoze, at 62,000, so place carefully. I recommend using this mod( https://community.simtropolis.com/files/file/29368-fully-loaded-recycling-trucks/) as way to remove the green haze emanating from the nuclear waste trucks. The game's waste trucks automata lasts 'forever' and this stops them from 'glowing'. You can use just the toxic truck reskin (Toxic Truck.dat) if you chose. This is not a dependence, just highly recommended.     KK Transmission Substation Pack w/Hookup Built by Kloudkicker Industries. This is a AMPS Certified Mod. PLEASE REDOWNLOAD. The original files were bad and not working. Delete the old folders by following the Before Installing instructions below. I don't know what happened and could not fix them, so I just remade the lots with very minor changes. I am very sorry for the mistake's and any inconvenience it caused. Two brand new 2x2 lots, producing 600 MW of power and 5 R$$ jobs each and comes with maxis transmission power line hookups. Each has a slightly different look using the same props, some arranged differently. The main difference is in which direction the transmission power line will visually connect to. One lot connects to the right side and the other lot is from the back side. You can use these lots as is, one or both. Remove the file you do not wish to use. They can be used as they were deigned to be, intended as core files for a mod underdevelopment and is in testing stages. More information about AMPS can be found in the AMPS Development Thread.     I found there is one of the two plopable buildings in this mod https://www.sc4evermore.com/index.php/downloads/download/21-other/39-bsc-census-repository-building-by-ripplejet, it will give you a 30000 IR(Farm) cap relief. Its a 2x2 building. Be sure to read the detailed readme HTML file found in side the DL, it has great information. So say you have 90000 sims living in your city and you want to grow farms again, then you will need to plop 4 of these census buildings to get over the 90000 cap you are currently at. Plopping 4 will in turn give you a 120000 cap relief. Allowing you to grow farms until you reach 120000 sims in the city. Once your done growing farms, you may bulldoze the census buildings since they are not needed any more.

    Hello all, good to see some familiar avatars. My ear was ringing and had to come see why and I was wonderfully surprised to see an friend has re-sprung. This has inspired me to hang out some myself. I looked into making the SAM street versions for @marksmango over a year ago but was not able to find the textures or know how to correctly extract them for use. Then I went on another leave of absence so that got nowhere. I bet @nos.17 will have a better chance at it. I'm really happy that AMPS has a little more "spark" in it.

    Build your own race track of any size with this modular set of lots made using the amazing models AP published. This set includes; (all lots are found in the Power Menu) 34 racing barrier lots all 1x1, Formula 1 pitstop with garages on a 17x3 lot with One-Way connections(visual only, not TE), a three sided leader board on a 1x1 lot, a sand trap on a 1x1 lot with larger overhanging prop, stands in 4 sizes including a diagonal version, 4 sizes of grandstands including a Mercedes Benz logo version. These 4 lots have night lights and require power., and start/finish line with start positions in 3 different setups (overhanging props for lining up over roads) on a 1x1 lot. Custom query sound effects for the start/finish line lots made by Cyclone Boom (more planned in future update). Stats: Menu Location= Power Jobs= None Monthly Cost= §5 up to §50 for Stands and Grandstands only Landmark Effect= 15/30 up to 60/60 for Stands and Grandstands only Power/Water Used= 10/20 up to 20/40 on Grandstands only. Power is needed for the night lights. Special Notes: The start/finish line lots have start positions that are overhanging props used for lining up over roads when placed next to them. They are designed around and work best with, but not limited to, NAM's(Network Addon Mod) Network Widening Mod and Real Highway mod. Compatible roads I've found to work best are noted within the 'in game' menu descriptions. At least 10 consecutive straight road tiles are needed for the overhanging start positions to visual line-up. See pictures. Flatten train before placing all lots for best results. Transparent ground texture is used on all lots except all grandstands and the pit stop. If after placement there is to much terrain adjustment adjacent to the lot, it could possibly cause the 'water-bug' effect. Rare but if this should happen, no worries just bulldoze and replace the affected lot. Last, take the folder named "Kloudkicker" and drop it in the "Documents" "SimCity 4\Plugins" folder. Uninstalling: Bulldoze all of the lots in every city they were placed and then remove the files from your Plugins folder located in "Kloudkicker\Recreational".
