Build your own race track of any size with this modular set of lots made using the amazing models AP published. This set includes; (all lots are found in the Power Menu) 34 racing barrier lots all 1x1, Formula 1 pitstop with garages on a 17x3 lot with One-Way connections(visual only, not TE), a three sided leader board on a 1x1 lot, a sand trap on a 1x1 lot with larger overhanging prop, stands in 4 sizes including a diagonal version, 4 sizes of grandstands including a Mercedes Benz logo version. These 4 lots have night lights and require power., and start/finish line with start positions in 3 different setups (overhanging props for lining up over roads) on a 1x1 lot. Custom query sound effects for the start/finish line lots made by Cyclone Boom (more planned in future update). Stats: Menu Location= Power Jobs= None Monthly Cost= §5 up to §50 for Stands and Grandstands only Landmark Effect= 15/30 up to 60/60 for Stands and Grandstands only Power/Water Used= 10/20 up to 20/40 on Grandstands only. Power is needed for the night lights. Special Notes: The start/finish line lots have start positions that are overhanging props used for lining up over roads when placed next to them. They are designed around and work best with, but not limited to, NAM's(Network Addon Mod) Network Widening Mod and Real Highway mod. Compatible roads I've found to work best are noted within the 'in game' menu descriptions. At least 10 consecutive straight road tiles are needed for the overhanging start positions to visual line-up. See pictures. Flatten train before placing all lots for best results. Transparent ground texture is used on all lots except all grandstands and the pit stop. If after placement there is to much terrain adjustment adjacent to the lot, it could possibly cause the 'water-bug' effect. Rare but if this should happen, no worries just bulldoze and replace the affected lot. Uninstalling: Bulldoze all of the lots in every city they were placed and then remove the files from your Plugins folder located in "Kloudkicker\Recreational". Proposal: Grandstands along the track

Hello, I am currently working on a racing circuit build inspired by the Suzuka Circuit, but I am having problems because I cannot find a good stand model to create the stands along the track. I have found a few models in the workshop, but they come with lightweight pillars and adjacent buildings making them unsuitable for cutting together and creating a grand grandstand. I tried to hide the unwanted, which I was surprised to have removed all unwanted props, but it also removed all the markers that made the property inactive. I have a marker for a parked property, but dropping out of hundreds or thousands of people in a manual game will greatly affect performance so it's not ideal, plus it's just a lot of work. Asset request: functional grandstands

Hello, I'm currently working on a race circuit build inspired by Suzuka Circuit, but I'm running into issues because I can't find a good grandstand/bleachers asset to make the grandstands along the race circuit with. I found a few bleacher assets on the workshop, but they come with light posts and side buildings which make them not suitable for clipping together and creating a large grandstand. I tried hiding the unwanted things underground with Procedural Objects, which to my surprise removed all of the unwanted props, but it also removed all the seat markers making the asset non-functional. I do have a seat marker turned into a park asset, but plopping hundreds if not thousands of those manually in-game will affect performance a lot so that is not ideal, plus it's just a lot of work to do manually. So my question is, could somebody make a narrower version of these bleachers without any of the side buildings and lights, but with seat markers on it? The narrow version would make it easier to clip them together and make smoother curves with the grandstands to follow the curves of my race circuit. If you can't make it functional then just the asset itself should do as well, because I think I can add seat markers in the asset editor myself. Below is a screenshot of what I did with Procedural Objects to make the asset more like what I want, maybe somebody can make one. Upper asset is the original functional asset, the bottom row is the ones I customized using Procedural Objects. You can see I made three versions of the original asset in varying widths, but I think the most narrow one is all I need. However the wider versions would be great for any straight parts of the grandstands. I don't know how many seat markers you can add to an asset in the asset editor, but if it is the same as the 64 prop limit than the wider grandstands might not be filled with seats completely, which is why I think a narrow version will be better. Customized bleacher asset to make a grandstand with Finally below are some screenshots of what I did so far as a test using the Procedural Objects version I made, this would be as an example to show you what I want to achieve. Clipping the bleachers together to form a large grandstand, having a narrow version would make the curves smoother. This is what I achieved so far but it's also affecting performance a lot due to the hundreds of seat markers placed manually. Highlighting them all with Move It! makes my PC almost freeze lol, and I'm running a pretty good machine.-

Hi, I was wondering if anyone know a website, or lessons, to learn the needed algorithimics to make a video game (simple, and advanced like strategy and racing games)? I'm not interessed in using the video games making softwares, I'm more interrested in the core of it, the programming of it, or more precisely the algorithmic thinking and the algorithms needed.
