    I have the same issue too, the hospital looks and functions fine but instead of tarmac I've just got grass on the parking lot

    Placed a few in my town center along the main road, they looked really nice for creating the borders of a mini-central park and they really helped me get some wealthy businesses in town! 10/10 job!
