Let me start by saying: I'm not an architect, I don't know anything about architecture, but I like to see different kinds of buildings and architecture, I hope this is not offensive to someone but which do you think it's the worst building in the world?, the one you don't want to be place in your city, Mine is Torre Agbar, I don't like this building. I live in Mexico, we don't have a lot of skyscrapers here.

HI I will show here my work with BAT is not very good, but I'm still learning how to do some things and learning 3dsmax and the process of BAT4MAX I used to show my work at SC4Devotion, but not anymore and the website of LBT doesn't get much feedback. Feel free to destroy all the BATs I'll show here, If you don't like anything you could write that I promise I won't get mad. but please help me get better and if you could give me some advice I will apreciate that. so here's what is going to be a residential BAT. maybe R$$. I started this one early this year and today apply textures.

First things first Thank you so much for your comments here, things are really messy right now in RL but I'll do my best to complete this one and my older projects. Now, I started playing with materials yesterday and I keep getting those black blocks only in that area of the building, yesterdays showed only in west view, today are in east and north view. Can someone help remove those ugly black blocks??? I'll model roof stuff on other scene, that's why it don't show in this image.

have to make lots and documentation to continue uploading my older stuff. I really don't like to do that, so is going to be a while before you see older stuff from me on the STEX, but believe me, is going to happen someday, before the new simcity goes public. something new, been working on this one for about 3 months, not much, I know, another box, I know, LOL zoom 6, real size is 1x2 grids, to place either w2w or not.

This lot has CS$ jobs, why? because sims living there hired some other sims to do the cleaning or to be the nanny for the little sims living there . Hi, I searched modern bench at google and find a pic. It's not an exact replica, I dont know why the colors look thar way, in 3dsmax they look ok, in game they look saturated.

Yes, for now. It's the start of a prop pack, still need to model: lamppost, bollards, other benches, advertising poles and more using the same style and textures, to complete a Park prop pack.

So, ....., I'm back. I got 3dsmax11 and BAT4MAX now. My first try. I don't know why on monitor screen shows light grey background and when I save a render image the grey is darker. See... and comment, please. EDIT: Render images are using HD view (zoom6). Top image, using Render of 3dsMax.
