Residencial San Cristobal, is a w2w building for your cities, lot size 1x2. Only PLOP version. I don't like growable lots. This lot has CS$ jobs, why? because sims living there hired some other sims to do the cleaning or to be the nanny for the little sims living there 
. The main reason is I think that if you plop some building it may give you some benefits to your cities.
Feel free to modify or do a grow lot.
