Like how it is, but would you make it like 2x3, and just to be clear, I would say 3/5. Don't just add accessories all over the rain station, just make sure you don't add too little or too much. Effort is 7/10 and I hope you make the station smaller, less parking lots, and a little more trees on the left (According to the picture you sent).

i need help on how to download this and i have a windows computer Well, do you have a Windows Vista? Well, if you have it,then it shouldn't be a problem. Windows XP and Windows 7 can be hard to download and install things,and all you need to do is find the file/document of Simcity 4 and keep on moving them until you find the plugins folder. Then move it inside. To move files,click and hold on to tem and you can move it all you like. Hope this helps. :)

I downloaded it and it's awesome. You should actually do more airline mods. I love your uploads and you deserve a 5 ½ / 5! No. It just gives the airplanes a more realistic texture. I wish that we can fly it,but he needs to do a 'Fly Airplanes Mod' to give us the ability to fly planes,but it can make our plane section long.

I need a clinic? Wha? Large Medical Centers usually is overcapacity,because it does not have clinics in the city or the area the hospital in is crowded,so if this overcapacity begins,plot in 3 clinics around the city and it will soon get lower and this doesn't helps,try to plot down another large medical center.

If you want to use this tree for less pollution,then you should construct it when you have like a profit of like §2,000 then you should be able to plot it and you will earn much money and less problems. I have a city who has a mother load of pollution and now it's gone because of this (besides other plots and mods) and this should be useful but the money to keep it running.

It's basically your computer. There is reasons why it's not working.... 1. Computer Protection System(s) are not letting you. 2.Download not meant for you rcomputer ( which is the computer and the download) 3.(this is a questions leading to a bug) Are you able to download? If you don't you should speak to staff members about it. So it's a likely chance of the downloading problem is your computer in my list.
