This is a nice little roundabout filler with street lights to decorate your city with. Found in the parks menu. There are no dependencies.This is a Road Roundabout filler found in the Parks and Recreation Menu. This filler lights up at night, it has street lights. All you have to do is place it in your SimCity 4 plug in folder (C:/maxis/simcity4/plugins or my documents-SimCity 4-plugins). This lot adds a decrative touch to any road roundabout in your city.
