  1. It used to be on SC4 Devotion but it's since been locked, and you can't just type in =DOWNLOAD in the URL to bypass it anymore. There was a German site, SimCityPlaza, that also hosted the download but it now redirects to a 404 page (http://www.simcityplaza.de/index.php/simcitykurierdetails.php?file=999). I suppose the only way to obtain it now is if someone uploaded a copy of the files. If anyone has it, could you share it please? Thanks.

Hello, I'm looking for a very old tutorial video by Erwin Negentig on Youtube about what I believe were the top 5 or 10 most pollution-reducing buildings in the game, or ones with the greatest landmark effect. I believe #1 was the Seoul World Cup Stadium. I'm not actually looking for the video itself, in fact I'm pretty sure it was taken down because of copyrighted music. In fact, I'm really trying to find/hear that instrumental music again, so if anyone remembers that music or the name of it that would be much better. I know it's a really random longshot, but I don't know where else to ask. Thanks!

    I see, thank you for looking that up! I didn't find any relevant match regarding Angel Productions Inc, and the only three songs I've found from Deveron are hard rock ones that weren't in the video, unfortunately. What I'm looking for was purely instrumental, actually orchestral music, so there weren't any lyrics I could help with by mentioning.

    By the way, is there no place to get SOMY's files? It seems his personal website has been permanently shut down. The only one in particular I was thinking of getting was his Fukushima Power Plant BAT.

    Hello, I came across this picture while reading one of the Schulmania CJs and I saw a building that I would like to download. The name isn't mentioned in the forum post, but judging by the look I'm certain it's the National Diet legislative building of Japan.   8. There's a very impressive BAT of Lomonossov University on SC4Devotion and I would like to download it, but it replaces the ingame University building. Could someone refer me to a guide on how to possibly edit it so that it exists as a separate building instead? It doesn't have to still be a rewards building but I'd like for it to retain its functionality; if it's the same as the ingame University campus which is much smaller, I might want to increase the stats appropriately.     This is a really neat and resourceful idea. I'm not very creative/artistic so I could never come up with a landscape that was convincingly realistic on my own. Grayscaling clouds actually makes for a pretty natural-seeming geography. Thanks for sharing!

    I run Sim City 4 Deluxe on Windows 7, and I have NAM. My custom highway exchanges won't appear. When I click on the Custom Highway Exchanges button, my cursor turns red. When I try to form the custom highway exchanges by intersecting the highways appropriately (IE diagonal highway through straight highway), instead of creating exchanges, it just makes the highway overpass it. Likewise, when I drag roads across highways, instead of creating ramps, it also creates overpasses. Please help? Thanks in advance.

Just a minor issue, traffic lights (haven't played yet to determine if cars are the same) at my intersections and people (I meant to say "people," I originally said "cars," sorry) are lighter than usual (they're like ghosts), this didn't happen while I played SC4 on Windows Vista. All my graphic settings are on high, 32-bit color, etc.

    Will this 4GB thingie break my computer? I only have 3GB of RAM. Also, is Rome Total War 32-bit? That game's been lagging badly for me too and I'd like to see if this could help alleviate some of the lag in both SC4 and RTW.

    If you're using Windows 7 and installed the game onto Program Files(x86), try editing the security option of the Maxis folder to give the User full control: my game lagged every 2 seconds after installing NAM even on low graphics, but after I edited the security of the file it miraculously ran as smoothly as possible, even on high graphics.

      Same here. To whom it may concern, here is the exact error (minus identifying info) I'm getting in WinRAR:   !   C:\Users\%redacted%\Downloads\NetworkAddonMod_Setup.zip: Unexpected end of archive     I tried downloading it from the BSC LEX https://www.sc4devotion.com/csxlex/lex_filedesc.php?lotGET=851 and it works just fine! (you'll need an account to download the file though)

      Assuming you used the SC4DatPacker off SC4 Devotion, and you have a "Network Addon Mod.dat" in your Plugins_compressed folder, I believe the built-in Cleanitol functionality in the installer should find it and remove it.  I'd try that.  You'll know if it didn't work--you'll have doubled icons on the various transportation menus--in which case, you'd need to manually go in and delete that file. The ModDB link http://www.moddb.com/mods/network-addon-mod/downloads/network-addon-mod-version-311 is 253.78mb/(266,105,212) big.
