A follow-up from my Postwar Garden Apartments, these are FA2 oriented versions representing the many garden apartment complexes in the suburban northeast, and across the country.
They use a custom base model which is similar, but different to the Maxis barracks prop included in the other set.
8 simple landmark lots included, nothing fancy. Left and right rotations.
The name is "FA2 Oakdene Gardens" in bldgplop, this is an old file, I hope you like it anyway
Use these below to create big complexes, but you don't need them as a dependency.
