    Try Mr Bisonm's gravpile energy. looks great in some cases, just a random power producing pile of gravel or sand. (produces half the windmill, no cost to plop, bulldoze, or run. 1x1 lot, I use it alot, I also use the star wars generator almost all the time. I love his utilities.

    Well, this is a perfect replacement for another air purifier I have, that costs 25/m, and causes a lot white smoke. (doesn't even take away that much, has the effect of only like 48 trees or so)

    Thanks man, I was really miffed about Maxis not making the empire state a commercial building, as the real one makes money. (mostly by people using at as Commercial offices, and its tourism)

    One solution I have found, Is to actually enlarge the landfill lot, so to make the small section in the middle, where it was then "digested". Before it was on the edge of the zone, then it became in the center (on another note, it had 0 mass, so it was just a pile sitting there, of basically nothingness)

    Definitely pretty, but, why is it classified as landmark? shouldn't it be like a standard dock? (with an extreme amount of a boost to the standard amount limit)
