Been awhile again, here's my 216th Nexis BAT, the Nexis Large Water Pumping Station (with/without tanks)
This is the first of a new Nexis Series of Utility BATs that I will eventually make.
This station is a high producing Water Pumping Station that brings enough water to your town/city to last for a good moment. It is meant for bigger cities.
Nexis BAT # 216A and 216B...
There are two different Versions included. Choose the folder of the pump you want/like or keep both (larger picture inside each folder to identify model)

#216A is a slightly offset model on a 3x3 lot and has no extra tanks.
Plopcost : § 27,900
Maintenance Monthly Cost : § 6,300
Water produced : 399,000 cu.m/month
It produces about the double of the Maxis Large Water Pumping Station.

#216B is a straight model on a 3x3 lot and has extra batted tanks and different props.
Plopcost : § 31,700
Maitenance Monthly Cost : § 7,250
Water produced : 453,000 cu.m/month
It produces a little more than double of the Maxis Large Water Pumping Station.

Thanks Jim, for the wonderful work on creating the icons and the stats (tweaking), and to all those who have encouraged me to continue to BAT on SC4D, helped, suggested and/or commented in my MD and BATting thread and BarbyW for having me convinced to upload to the LEX first.
Manual Installation Instructions: I recommend to create a subfolder in the name of «Nexis» first in the MyDocuments/Simcity4/Plugins folder, if you didn't do this already, and unzip one or both model folders in the zip. A picture to identify the different models are included in each folder, which should be taken out or deleted after viewing/installing. Create another subfolder under MyDocuments/Simcity4, call it «Nexis_Byproducts» and keep the pictures and the numbered Nexis Readme files there in case of need in the future.
All Nexis Bats and Lots are free to use and to modify to your liking if used privately. If you would like to modify and upload your version of Nexis models, please ask for permission to do so by PM'ing me on SC4Devotion, permission will most probably be granted if the modelfile is linked to the original in your upload, and NOT included. No Nexis Model files are allowed to be uploaded to any site except by myself. Doing so will result in a legal pursuite and if guilty, the Judged will be put against a wall and ****. I will not be held responsable for any damage Nexis Lots/BATs could cause if not used properly. Avoid swallowing.
