    Updated 12.25.04 Since moonei had uploaded an Urban Clinic without a lot file, I finally decided to give him a hand with it. This is the result. I picked this building as I thought the game default to be a bit old. I wanted something new and thought that moonei had done a nice job with the building. So here it is. Enjoy. Name: New Urban Clinic Lot Size: 2x2 Coverage: 400 meters or about 23 tiles. Capacity: 3299 HQ Boost: 25.52 Bulldoze: 100 Plop Cost: 100 Dependencies: THIS ONE IS AN ABSOLUTE MUST AS YOU CANNOT SEE THE BUILDING WITHOUT IT.......     To all those who don't know where to put it....(..::teeth firmly biting tongue::..) this goes into your My Docs/SimCity 4 folder. For those that can't see the props, you need to download the prop packs to see them.

    @auroturtle -- You need to download the prop packs mentioned in the description. @uday.jain91 -- Yes, each "park" adds 1,000 simoleons to the coffers. So, 3 parks = 3,000 Simoleons. Thanks to everyone who downloaded and left a comment. Thanks also, to everyone who just downloaded.

    You need to go to SimCity.com and download the building props volumes 1 and 2 in order to see these buildings.

    Try rebuilding this on a park lot...you'll have to do a little digging with the Reader to alter some of the settings.
