About This File

The first small building in my new Tenerife series. This style istypical for the spanish canarian islands but unlike most olderbuildings there this one has no courtyard. Instead it has a nice littlebackyard for your sims to sit down and enjoy the evening hours. It'shome to 12 sims, is 1x1 big and grows on low density zones, since thereare common in village centers. More to come soon :-) Have fun!
