This is the Werber Textiles... I've made this a long time ago This is a $$-wealth industrial building which offers 325 jobs. The lot size is 6x8. So you have to make a fitting zone mostly by yourself! (For that simply press ctrl while you're zoning an area.) It's been awhile, so...it's far from perfection. Here is my version of the Mellon Bank tower, Pittsburgh PA (greatest city on earth). Landmark: cost you 150 a month to keep. 6x8 lot, around 57 stories topping off at 219.52 meters / 720 feet. 5 files in zip. You will need all. The base is added after the tower. $110,000 to plop.
