It's been awhile, so...it's  far from perfection. Here is my version of the Mellon Bank tower, Pittsburgh PA (greatest city on earth). 

Landmark: cost you 150 a month to keep. 6x8 lot, around 57 stories topping off at 219.52 meters / 720 feet. 5 files in zip. You will need all. The base is added after the tower. $110,000 to plop.
