Hmm, that's tough. There are possibilities that various mods may interfere each other and cause some trouble but that's rare... Have you try load up only my building see if it crash the game? (rename the plugins folder to something else, then create a new plugins folder only with my building). Then gradually copy back your plugin to troubleshoot which one may cause the trouble - if we knew the cause at least I can try download it and test for myself see what I can fix. I decided to try stripping down my plugins folders and all my mods so the game is in default settings and I put your lot in my plugins folder and the game still crashes at the same point where I load up my city and try to demolish the lot.

Ouch, can you tell me when exactly your game crash? When using the lot? Have you try setting CPU affinity to 1 core only? (I actually run without this) The common "crash when hovering puzzle piece on transit enable lot" doesn't seems to happen here though. Well I plopped the building in my city while I had the game speed at paused. Once I change the game speed to play, the game crashes. I tried taking the file containing the lot out of my plugins, but when I try to load up the city in the game, the game crashes.

Made some highway road signs for a few of my cities in my region of the Commonwealth of Bretilla. I used Inkscape to make these signs.
