I hadn't originally intended to upload this, but since many users requested I do, I am doing so. It is therefore not exactly "high-quality", but it was never intended to be uploaded again, so I'm sorry about that 
. There are no nightlights for this BAT (yes, I know how to nightlight a BAT), but I didn't feel it was necessary for this specific structure.
You may find the lot in the Metro-Menu, under Transportation.

The lot is currently on a grassy texture, and there is no plane on it due to copyright restrictions. The avenue is fully transit enabled. Feel free to edit this in the Lot Editor by searching for: "Taxiway Over Avenue...." To add a plane, select the prop you wish to add in the Lot Editor and raise the plane using "Ctrl+Shift+UP ARROW".
