Well, finally I've made something that in my opinion is worth uploading on the STEX, so here's my first upload ever: an ancient Greek theatre. I know, it's a quite simple lot, but hey, you've got to start somewhere with learning how to make lots 
The theatre appears in the landmarks menu. It's a 1x1 lot, so you can build it against a hill (like the ancient Greek did).
Plop cost: §0 (as the ancient Greek built it)
Monthly cost: §50
Bulldoze cost: §250
No dependencies.
