This isn't bad, but what is the exact lot size? It seems too small (look at how big the 'NO ACCESS' sign is to the rest of the lot!!) Those solar panels are indeed repetitive, visually it will only bring down your entire work if this is correctly scaled with a larger lot size. Other than that, it seems well made in general. No rating from me, keep trying.

After seeing your One Business Bay Dubai upload, I come back to this lot. I can't believe so many people are saying inaccurate things about this upload. Regarding the scaling, I think it is just slightly undersized, but it is acceptable. For those who see lots of repetition of this building (grow like weeds problem) in your city, it probably means you have far too few custom content on your plugins folder. My plugin folder have hundreds of custom content, so this is never a problem for me. For the guy above me who got a box, it probably means you have deleted the some essential file, as I did not have this problem. You will eventually learn what to delete and what not to.

I will take both options, in case I could not manage to grow this. It is indeed a great upload. Great details, great scaling (your last few uploads are correctly scaled compare to your earliest work), and most of all, your uploading efforts reflect your concern for the users who played the game and want realism and practicality. It is impossible for anyone not to appreciate your contributions. A solid 5/5!- 20 Comments

I have to agree with all comments regarding to the textures and scaling, but nothing can take away a very nice first time modelling attempt. You have great potential. I actually do think that newbie uploaders with potential can definitely make use of the STEX first to upload their first content as long as they don't look too shabby, then afterwards you can start a bat thread, so that you get people's notice, and people will have interest in following your progress and give advice. I think you can't be faulted for that. My honest advice is to try bat some basic models with basic details at first hand as they are more manageable, because I'm sure you need far more details to make an effective upload if it is R$$ or R$$$. A 4/5 for encouragement. Good luck!

I love this upload. Obviously it is not perfect, even far from beautiful, but it is something non-generic, and there aren't any obvious visual flaws despite a non-detailed roof or lot. Most of all, these 60s and 70s non-generic shape towers are lacking on the Stex, and 6x6 lot is very welcoming as there aren't many. A solid 5/5.

Maybe it is just me, but I actually think the company logo EXTRA is oversized. It makes the entire bat looks too big. Anyway I agree that this looks much better than some other Carrefour lot you presented recently, but you need to keep trying to improve more as there are tonnes of similar stuff on the STEX.

Project Thread: The Toronto-Dominion Centre

Wow this is amazing. I think the only Toronto bats on the STEX so far is Simcoe Place and Roy Thomson Hall, so I agree that Canada's biggest city is under-represented. I think even Winnipeg has better representation on the STEX. There are a lot of landmark buildings worth exploring, including Royal York Hotel, Eaton Centre, University of Toronto Library, perhaps even the original Four Seasons Hotel. Luckily, most of the buildings on this project are quite generic boxy towers, so the time spent on batting won't be too much, but that lot should be one of the most ambitious since Pacific Place Hong Kong and UN Headquarters graced the STEX. Best of luck on a speedy completion. -
Wow the leftist propaganda is a nice touch. I appreciate you are doing something on the lot, but I think the real building has a bare lot, or at least it does not have much open space, so this one could be reduced to, say, 3x2. Also, I hope someone will help you make functional lots. Anyway I love what you are doing filling up the remaining gaps of HK Central District. A 5/5 as encouragement and your continued improvement.

Wow I am surprised somebody would do the HK Cenotaph. It seems almost 1/2 of Central District of HK is done by now. About the lot size, I think 3x3 is fine, because the AIG Tower located very near it almost has the same lot size, and Cockatoo's AIG Tower is available on the STEX as a 3x3 lot. Perhaps this would receive a better rating if it is done as a 2x2, but the current 3x3 bare lot actually quite authentic, for those who don't know. Therefore, I am giving this a 5/5 to raise its mediocre sub 4.0 rating.

After seeing your Centre Place - Bank of Moscow released, it prompted me to check your bat thread again. You truly know how to excite your fans. Now it gives me hope that some day you will find the time to release residential bats, as I notice you have several projects back in 2009 and 2010 not yet released. Otherwise, the thread the-ones-that-never-made-it-to-the-stex will become more crowded.
