  1. Goodbye Garbage Modd

There are many other modds which eliminate pollution, water pollution, water consumption, electricity consumption to nil, and certainly ones that eliminate garbarge. As soon as you mentioned that your modd can only be used without installing any previous ordinances, most of us can already treat this modd as garbage. Seriously! It is completely useless, but I guess you are a newbie to the game and you probably think you are contributing something original. But like mrbisonm mentioned, why is the Nuclear Free Zone involved in garbage reduction? This upload does not give us any confidence at all.
  2. Sokos Hotel Viru

While this maybe a highrise building in its early days, in the game this looks surprisingly tiny for a 3x4 commercial hotel. It is definitely slightly off scale. I strongly suggest you put an in game pic of this bat surrounded by other buildings (not of your own) for better comparison.
  3. Taskumattitalo

After using plop cheats to plop this one, I just realized this one, along with some other bats of yours, look slightly off scale. This one looks comparably tiny to many other 2x3 residential buildings. I strongly suggest you to put an in game pic of this bat surrounded by other buildings (not of your own) for better comparison. Hopefully you will fix this problem on your future uploads.
  4. Radanrakentajantie

I just realized that some of your bats are bothering on being slightly off scale. I strongly suggest you put an in game pic of your bats surrounded by other buildings (not of your own) for better comparison. This one looks particularly tiny. It is still a great effort though, just I wish you will fix this problem on your future uploads.
  5. The Royal Albert STR Bridge

It does look great, but it is better to list out the dependencies without the need of downloading.
  6. Radanrakentajantie

It looks way better at night, but it is still a decent looking midrise during daytime. I'll download it.
  7. Philadelphia City Hall

I am just thankful that the uploader decide to make it available on SC4. Imagine that huge 10x10 lot with immense details, only takes up 5.57MB in space! Only a bat legend can achieve so much with so little.
  8. Iltalehti Tower

Another highly useful midrise that is not a glossy glass tower. You have been a great contributor to STEX as of late. This is a solid 5/5.
  9. Taskumattitalo

Nice to see a Finnish residential building. It's just so good looking that I can't imagine this one originally built in the 1950s.
  10. Laissez Faire Investments & Marine Realty

It's a solid effort from an increasingly dependable uploader.
  11. Prisma

Believe it or not, there aren't many 5x5 commercial lots (at least under my jammed plugins folder), so you have no idea how this flawed upload actually turns out to be quite useful.
  12. Functional Reward Mexico city stock exchange

Your description is well presented, hence why Cockatoo is very lenient. However, there are several reasons why we should not download this one: 1. The final result does not justify replacing the original Maxis Stock Exchange, simply because the original looks good enough. 2. Downloading this may mean we lost the original Maxis lot, but Berethor07's original is available separately anyway, so why bother? 3. Your lotting effort is ok, but not nearly strong enough to justify replacing the Maxis original. You also make this one 5x6, much larger than the Maxis original or Berethor07's original, with no good payoff. Overall, as a first upload, it is nice that you try something, but it is really not very useful. I will be kind and give a 3/5 as it seems you did put some thought into thinking how to change the in-game Stock Exchange. Hope your next upload will be something really useful and inspiring.
  13. Suburban kiosk

I am totally clueless about this upload. Somebody need to learn about presentation skills. If they can't do that properly, just forget about downloading and testing it. 1/1
  14. Grand Villa

That's a wonderful new facelift on your original attempt. I would have downloaded it, however, the scaling problem remains (that's way too small to house 3500 wealthy sims, comparable lot size for R$$$ bats are 4x4 or even larger), but I am sure you won't repeat the same error on your future uploads. A 5/5 for now.
  15. Lithuanian 13 Floor Prefab, yellow bricks

I like the model. We can never have enough residentials, and I like that more newbies try residentials, even basic models like this one. However, the ultra clean textures kills the whole effort. I don't even care about the empty rooftop at this stage. The cleanliness just stands out way too much, especially when at least 2 sides of the building is blank. It just has a totally unfinished look. Also, it seems you knew the batting effort is minimal, so you added a lot of stuff on your lot, resulting in a bunch of unnecessary dependencies. The lotting effort does look satisfactory, but in my opinion I will want the model to standout more than the lot. I strongly suggest you to improve your texturing as soon as possible. I will give a 3/5. Good luck on progressing.
  16. 2Elune47 (Medium-Export)

Thanks for re-releasing. After more careful examination, nightlighting is what set this one apart. The daytime look still remains problematic. Also, file size rises from 4.12MB to a troubling 6.72MB. From what I see, if the highest render is possible, the daytime look will still be flawed (because of bad textures), the lot is somewhat decent, and the file size would probably rises to 8-10 MB. Most people will still give you the highest scores from trying a difficult bat, as glossy glass towers always have some diehard fans, but I appeal to you to please try re-release Megabat team's earlier residential efforts as functional and try to build or perfect from there. You have a choice.
  17. Sokos Hotel Viru

Wow is this the first Estonian bat to grace the Stex? Thumbs up just for that! Another thumbs up for a well done 60s-70s style midrise hotel
  18. 2Elune47

Most Asian batters commit one very basic mistake. Their earlier bats with lower level of difficulty weren't completely flawless, but reasonable quality with great potential. Then suddenly they feel like they can jump level of difficulty and present us something out of their abilities, and this is the best showcase of what went wrong. I was initially very supportive of the Megabat team's residential efforts, but they did not make those available as functional. Now they give us this clearly and visually flawed effort, and you make this one functional?? I really don't understand the logic beind it. I want your earlier residential landmark efforts to become functional, because even if they are flawed, they look adequately R$ and R$$. Why would I want a wildly flawed R$$$ to grace my cities?
  19. Golden 2Elune47

I appreciate the fact that the uploader realized there are clear problems with this one and is seeking for answers to solve it. As uploader does not speak good english, probably he/she will not open a bat thread. For some reason, this has been a consistent problem with Asian batters more than European batters. I wonder why.
  20. Kansantorni

This is a very nice midrise, but I guess you cannot figure out how to make an overhanging lot functional. Would have downloaded and rated this one highly have it been functional.
  21. Poptalo

So nice to see some former contributors back to contribute more. Your work are quite unique and appealing. Keep the uploads coming!
  22. Postitalo

Cool. It's been a while since more Finnish bats surfaced on the stex.
  23. Tennispalatsi

Oh this should definitely be a functional CS$$ lot.
  24. SKview_V2 & M.house

I love these type of Asian residentials, but it is a shame these aren't functional.
  25. AZ Tower

It is a good model, but apart from the mentioned problems, I also think it could be bigger. As the tallest building in a city, look at its size compare to all the Maxis buildings in the background!
