Gwah! Love the splash of purple! :D It's great!
  2. 300 North LaSalle

Absolutely stunning. The building shines as a beautifully textured work of art, but doesn't steal the limelight either- the perfect accompaniment to any skyline! :)
  3. UK Bungelow - 21 Arran Drive

My only concern with this BAT is that the roof tiling may look out of place in many SimCity neighborhoods, but I really like how much detail you put into the design and texturing- it reminds me of plenty of houses I see around my neighborhood. Love the lotting too. ;)
  4. Bronx County Courthouse

    Beautifully boring! lol :)
  5. Dutch Historic Manor

    Beautifully modeled! :)
  6. Japanese building 5

I'm liking these new buildings you're BATing. They're so nitty gritty and wall2wall is always nice. My only suggestion would be to add some randomness to the textures, and don't be afraid to add detail! The more the merrier. :)
  7. USC Nottingham

Cute building. And the way you've lit it is fantastic. :)

A water mod is a modification to the game that changes the base texture on all of the water in your city. Currently, you have the SC4 default water, which is an unrealistic baby blue color. : www.simtropolis.com/stex/index.cfm Jacksonville and Lakeside look good. Be sure to improve those health standards for those poor people living near the smog factories! Oh, and that nuclear war seems... sudden. Nonetheless, good luck.
  9. Ruwar County

You've made some beautiful natural scenery! And the plazas and wall-to-wall buildings look great together.
  10. Baden (AFDES Observer)

I like how neat and tidy your city layout is, while still avoiding the dreary grid. It makes it much more pleasant to look at. As for aesthetics, you should build a few parks to spruce up your residential areas and give your sims somewhere to hang out. Also, have you considered getting a water mod?
  11. Twinkle, twinkle, little BAT...

Cute little theatre buildings! The facade and signs of the brick one are fantastic.
  12. Port Fowler Background

A government? Needed to rule a country!? Who knew?  Hopefully they can learn from their mistakes. That picture is great, so I hope to see more in the future!
  13. Canterra Tower

You used a beautiful glass texture and the nitelites are fantastic. Awesome job! :)
  14. Banku Taou' Royal Lakes

This city has an awesome and beautiful tropical vibe. Excellent choice of modds and BATs, they really set the scene.
  15. 40 Years Later, Pelikanas (Renewed)

Beautifully planned layout you have there! The dense forests really make it seem all the more green. I look forward to seeing how this journal progresses.
  16. Introduction

I love the greenbelt you have wrapped around the sprawling downtown area. This looks promising!
  17. Life is flat - or what's it all about

I like the ideas you have in store and I anticipate what you'll show us next! Thus far, things are looking wonderful.
  18. SPAs Urbanist BAT Thread

Ahhh! It's good to see you back at work! Your model in progress is coming along excellently. (the detail is great!) So far as I can tell, the only thing bothering me is the paneling- it just seems to be a bit too busy. To fix it, I'd reduce the contrast of the texture, and maybe apply it at a tiny bit larger scale. I can't wait to see this building completed; keep up the good work.
  19. Piazza Unit

    Simply beautiful! 5 stars!
  20. Simville Clinic

It's cute, and efficient, and I like it a lot, but when lotting it, but the trees are too close to the BAT itself (and it's causing glitching!)
  21. Paul Hastings Tower

Lovely tower! It's beautifully modeled and textured; the only complaint I have is the niteliting- Floors in skyscrapers are usually 2 rows of windows tall, but one of the rows is taken up by floor thickness and technical equipment (air conditioning, plumbing, electrical, etc.), and therefore, isn't lit. :)
  22. Let There Be Light

This will be amazingly helpful for Max users. Thanks a bunch! :)
  23. Trier Tower

I'm in love with this building's cladding! Beautiful work. :)
  24. obsolete Modern Overhanging Station Pack

Beautiful glass textures and nightlighting. ;) This will be a great space-saver!
  25. Nycc06's BAT Workshop

Beautifully nitelited! I'm still a fan of the original tower, though the center version is the most accurate to the real thing. As for the lighting, blue gives a more futuristic look, and since it's a modern building, I think blue will suit it better.
