A water mod is a modification to the game that changes the base texture on all of the water in your city. Currently, you have the SC4 default water, which is an unrealistic baby blue color. : www.simtropolis.com/stex/index.cfm Jacksonville and Lakeside look good. Be sure to improve those health standards for those poor people living near the smog factories! Oh, and that nuclear war seems... sudden. Nonetheless, good luck.

You've made some beautiful natural scenery! And the plazas and wall-to-wall buildings look great together.

I like how neat and tidy your city layout is, while still avoiding the dreary grid. It makes it much more pleasant to look at. As for aesthetics, you should build a few parks to spruce up your residential areas and give your sims somewhere to hang out. Also, have you considered getting a water mod?

A government? Needed to rule a country!? Who knew? Hopefully they can learn from their mistakes. That picture is great, so I hope to see more in the future!

This city has an awesome and beautiful tropical vibe. Excellent choice of modds and BATs, they really set the scene. -

Beautifully planned layout you have there! The dense forests really make it seem all the more green. I look forward to seeing how this journal progresses.
