    Hey ppl I have got a UK sc4 deluxe version so it doesn't contain English simcitylocale.dat, it only contains the UKEnglish one. It would be great if somebody sends the English file to me or tells where to download it.

    I have just came back from moscow and i have seen the federation tower under constrution. The facade is made of blue glass so your BAT is inaccurate. Anyway, i like ur work and give u 8/10
