Welcome to the bar!!
If You think that Your cities look dead and empty at night and want Your sims to be cheery and happy, this is the building set for Your city! This package gives Your sims six different neighbourhood bars to choose from! The different bars are as follows:
Josephs Bar, named after the architect Joseph Knight, the person at Maxis who developed the original BAT.
Eldorado, named after a cheap and dirty bar in Hamburg.
Courage, named after a really nice restaurant in Berlin, located on Schönhauser Allé.
Sonneberger Stube, named after the little town of Sonneberg in Thüringen where some of my german friends live.
Gamle Skjenkestova, a name proposed by Glenni. It is norwegian means “The old Inn”
Astra-Stube, named after the local beer in Hamburg.
These are low wealth commercial service buildings that provide jobs for 161 sims. They grow on medium and high density lots. I inagurally planned to make some of these buildings into mid-wealth buildings but sadly I did not get them to build in the game. I tried to edit and tweak quite a lot but finally I thougt that they just as well could build as low wealth. If anyone wants to give it a shot to make R$$ growables out of those, You are much welcome!
Ploppable versions are also included. They are free to plop, without any revenue except the looks and found in the Landmarks menu.
There are no dependenciesfor this set!
