Does anyone know where to find these 1x1 stores?

There are also Tommy Hilfiger and Dunkin Donuts stores but I do not speak Chinese and can't work out for the life of me how to download them from that site....

First, I have to say, it's Korean. There is a map at the left of the page showing Korea and it just looks more like Korean than Chinese.

You are correct that it is Korean If you do some research, you find that Naver is a massive Korean search portal (it is the 5th most used search engine in the world) and offers a variety of different services. However, amny of the files are in fact available to download - I have quite a few of them myself. On all of the ones that have download links, follow this procedure:

 

Click on the little green down arrow next to the green (1) on the upper right. Click the one with the letter PC in it. (Feel free to PM if you have any questions).

 

However, seeing as the Krispy Kreme has no such download link (if it was there, it would look like this untranslated:  ), there is no way to download it. 

 

As always, if you ever have any language barriers, the easiest translation tool is Google Chrome - it will translate it automatically into readable English.

Hey guys,i`m searching for two buildings for my NYC Region.

The first Building is the Park Lane Hotel across the south side of Central Park.I`m pretty sure i saw it somewhere but all links seem to be dead.

The second Building i`m looking for is the Trumpp Tower next to Columbus Circle,For this one i`m not that sure if this exists but i thought i saw it somewhere on a picture.

Any help would be apprechiated.

Indiana Joe, it is possible to place tne underground underpasses underwatter, the 1x1 pieces can go underwater.

I'm on the hunt for some user-created props (preferably in one or two dependency packs) that would be good for use in lotting for auto body and car repair places.  Things like stacks of tires, junked out cars, that sort of stuff; I don't think I could rely on using the standard Maxis props for this, so wondering if anyone knows of any here or at one of the other exchanges.  Since my stuff usually doesn't have dependencies, I am not aware of what is out there in terms of all the prior created prop and dependency packs, and I haven't stumbled across a "magic bullet" for this in my searches yet.

You can use underground rail under pedmall pieces, but those still have at least a grass texture. You can later hide the strip somehow by making parks out of green grass pieces and MMPs around these strips, so it's not too bad.

Regarding other rail to underground rail pieces, there's also uki Sim's version (scroll down to the bottom of the page). That piece also works with subway, but then freight traffic is blocked (naturally). Not that this matters much in most cases.

I think Murimk's pack would serve you well, as he included lots of different tires and other grungy equipment that would fit in well with auto body shop. SimGoobers pack doesn't have the variety, but it is also probably the most popular prop pack around.  Food for thought.
