So, did you ever wonder where all of the moving vans go after a mass move-in? Don't worry, I made it my business so you would know. 

Follow along and ill show you the WIP.

Still work in progress, but pretty close to the finished lot. Tweaking the final touches. I call it Kloudkickers U-Move Express. Coming someday. Don't move, you may miss the release!!!

In remembrance of the tenth anniversary of Japan's earthquake, tsunami, and nuclear crisis this coming Thursday, I took on my first BAT request (San-Ai Dream Center from Tokyo's wealthy Ginza district) and moved it ahead of my other projects for a target release date of 11 March 2021 to honor the victims of that disaster.

The architect, from what I understand, sacrificed valuable retail space in order to create an iconic structure which would inspire dreams.  In this spirit, the requester -themselves a resident of the tragedy's most affected prefecture - has been supportive of my plan to replace the real life advertisements with Japanese organizations that contributed to recovery and messages of hope.

Lots of work left.

Not at all, maybe it will spark interest. The lack of new moving vans to replace the old ones was limited. I never did find the other van used by the game. I was lucky jestarr had a pack with three vans to add to the lot. New automata would be cool. But they are short lived, so I bet this is why no one has done them, yet.

I'd rather have props, as automata usually don't look quite right --too flat, too pale.. But some seem OK, like this one :  012 FORD E-250 VANS (simfanatik); those  are UDI vehicles, but perhaps could be used ? I don't remember how they look once in the game ; and they would need to be made into props). For the trucks, it depends on the desired size ; we have oodles of big splendid unmarked trucks (which is what would be needed, absent a moving company logo ) , but the midsize ones are scarce.

I know I made these into various commercial vans before as automata (no idea how to make them into props). Was a pretty fun project actually!

Yes please, there's many suburbs around the world with compact houses, and with the lack of small suburban houses, my suburbs tend to look very default with the Maxis houses.
