Discovered the 2x1 version of C.P.'s Victorian houses, these come with three houses per lot. Great for medium density development!

Maybe 20% has been finished, After more details of the wall, I guess there are still 40% texturing and 30% lighting jobs left. Anyway, I got to finish this work. Furthermore, I hope this one could appear in Cori's Castle. @CorinaMarie

Dear Terring, Actually I have tried my best to keep it far away from a cake, But finally, I have to concede that I failed, So Well, I try to look at it that way, why not make a beautiful or delicious Cake,  at lease someone like a cake, Or should I say on that day, Happy Birthday to Simtropolis !( though don't know its birthday yet@Cyclone Boom)

Aw, don't get me wrong. You've made an incredible job to make your BAT less like a cake and more like an epic fantasy structure. The roof of the building with the castle looks so glorious and I can't wait to see it completed

this will be amazing to have in SC4   there are some LOTR files  available on this exchange so maybe there will be renewed interest in recreating Middle Earth in SC4

Yo, Guys --

Usually, I post on Saturday or Sunday -- but this was just too good !!

I spent most of two days laying out a city block on my "Manhattan-like" island to act as a sort of "Rodeo Drive" shopping area.  The reason was so I could use all those new buildings @mattb325 has recently uploaded.  The sizes were very flexible for placement -- the facades ALL unique and interesting -- and their night-lighting was absolutely "out of this world" !!

 

This is the view from the southeast, with the Crosstown Hotel at the top and book-ended at the bottom with the Ivy Night Club.  In between, I filled in with a variety of his creations -- The Gap, Yamaha SAC Building, etc, etc...

 

This is the view from the southwest.  I recessed the buildings by one tile, and used various PedMall pieces to fill in the sidewalks and frontage.  Between The Gap and the SAC Building you can see one of Mattb's new Narrow Pedestrian Pathways -- my first experiment with them.  Up around the Crosstown Hotel, I used a combination of PedMall pieces and the new Benches & Planters Mattb provided for us.  I put a thru road in front of the hotel to provide drive-up access and put parking spaces on the east side.  This view shows the block in all its' night-lighting glory.  The Crosstown Hotel and the Ivy Nightclub are true masterpieces!

 

This is the view from the northwest.

 

This the view from the northeast and the Crosstown Hotel looks just as magnificent from the rear.  All of that delicate night-lighting not only lights up the picture like a Christmas Tree, but it actually makes you feel like you're looking right into their offices.  Fantastic !!

 

My next experiment will be to see how I can use his Narrow Pedestrian Pathways to make a large, auto-free business district.

Thank you for encouraging me, Before that my friend Steve @thecitiescenter told me that there was a lot Argonath from SC4D, Gates of kings, And I want to model some Hobbit's village houses as well, I will be very excited to rebuild Tolkien's world in SimCity, May I ask that could you give me some clues of LOTR files which you mentioned on the exchange. Thank you.
