A minor patch of SG Residentials Vol3, to fix a bug reported by @rivit

https://www.sc4devotion.com/csxlex/lex_filedesc.php?lotGET=1046

As the affected lots were never able to grow, there should be nothing to demolish for this update. You will need to remove older versions of the file though.

Love that rock texture, whatever it is. The dirt paths too.

The rock texture is part of the Sudden Valley terrain mod. I then used a variety of MMPs for the scree from Simmer2's flat rocks, nbvc's rocks and stone paths to murimk's boulders.

First time trying to create a euro w2w style city/region (a mix of the northen europeans countries like Germany, Sweden, Denmark with some Polish and Russian influence) and it's harder than I thought =P

Spent a lot of time ploping every single building in that small island and I'm not sure about these empty spaces/pedestrian streets. I don't know if it's better to use the filled ones lots (with the chairs, trees, benchs, etc.) or the just sidewalk ones.

I'm glad to see those props and buildings going to use!

I tried getting all his stuff into 1 city. I probably screwed up the layout on a few of his lots.

Looks like Marketplace Blvd is the only wrong layout from my intent, but nonetheless it still works.

In work for a week and about half finished. Block D of the Hamburg warehouse district (Speicherstadt). World Heritage. Seat of the Hamburg Dungeon, the model railway wonderland, the "Kehrwieder" Theater and various other companies. 10x3 in size.
Lots of work for the next few days. But you have a first impression.

I'm working on a way to increase capacity on one of my rail lines. Currently, in morning peak, the commuter railway on the left carries a whopping 60k people between Richmond and Crestmead cities. The HSR line on the right carries just a few thousand.

As you can see by the picture above, the main cause of the congestion is local passengers. There's no eternal commuter bug as far as I can tell, meaning a whopping 60k people commute from each city every day along just one rail line. Other metro and commuter rail lines and roads are seemingly at-capacity as well, which is not surprising. Richmond has more jobs than residents, meaning it sees tens of thousands of commuters travelling to and from the area every day from surrounding cities.

60k pax is double what a dual track line can carry, so the options are for an underground metro line that would lead to no resumptions, or quadruplicating the line. There's also some level crossings which will need to be removed along the stretch, either by raising the line or closing the roads, and that'll probably be a CJ entry.

@Raymond7cn What scale do you use?

Hi Goldman Sachs, the width of the tower and house is 31m(the base of the tower has a diameter of 21m), the height is 41m including the chimney.

A square in the game is 16mx16m.
With 3x3 (at least that's what it looks like) you get a floor area of 48mx48m. Not 31m.
