Hmm. My tests were with Columbus v2. I wonder if the HD of Sudden Valley makes a difference. I know there is something Gobias and Lowkee did to allow some different stretching factor or something.

You're welcome. The jtportland one is unique in that it is offered as a free sign that you can add to other industrial buildings in the lot editor, so it is very useful. Apart from nofunks gatriot motors, another great building and neon sign industrial combo is this one:

I got it to work after having the slope mod load last. Some other mod was overriding it.

Try to check @prepos diagonal and @Krio's diagonal buildings here on STEX. And there maybe some of them from @Ferox, but those are not yet uploaded to STEX, although you should have them since they part of the Polska Collection.

Thank you, @Krio's contain most of the ortho diagonals I was looking for. Polska collection may aswell contain some diagonals and or corners but still to determine what in it..Project wise, seperating ANNO Europe, E-Europe-Polska, France and other I keep the german, french and nordic and east euro(polska out of each other to conserve plugin folder space. Some complementing bat´  to be in multiple projects ! @prepo and @Ferox I am fameliar with most Bats and lot´s using. Some more to find are left !

@kschmidt, I don't know if you have already found them, but as @Tyberius06 said, the diagonal ones are from krio (https://community.simtropolis.com/files/file/31767-krio-diagonals-old/). The corner yellow building with red roof at the bottom is from https://community.simtropolis.com/files/file/4193-madrid-w2w/ and the brown building in the middle is from glenni (https://community.simtropolis.com/files/file/22272-aaseberg-gata-18-large-diagonal-corner-and-orthogonal/.

So this might be way off, but parts of the model look strikingly similar to CP's. (Compare the roof pitch, chimneys, dormers, and windows to the images below.) 

I know that CP has been developing a bunch of new residential models over the past few years, but he hasn't released them publicly yet. I believe he shares some of the models with a small set of trusted BATers and LOTers, so this might be a model that was shared privately with Mattb325. In that case, it wouldn't be publicly available--at least not at the moment.

Fingers crossed I'm wrong, because I'd love to get a copy of that model for my own use.

Thanks, @BartonThinks... I was thinking it looked a lot like CP's work! I didn't know he shared out models to other BATers prior to their public release, so that's probably the case in this instance. I would LOVE for that back catalog to be made available sometime. Basically, everything in this thread that hasn't already been released (it's all amazing!):
