Update on the ongoing redesign of the Waterfront District in Downtown Vancouver.  The Waterfront District is anchored by Waterfront Station and the city's Central Bus Terminal which has been moved over to Main Street near the station.  The bus terminal has been substantially expanded and now has 19 bays instead of 6.  A new and improved Main Street Greenway is also beginning to take shape on the east side of Main.  I'm also adding a bit more of a modern aesthetic with more glass and steel then usual.

How did you put a fountain and plaza ontop of a FLUP?

I didn't, it just doesn't function, eye candy more then anything.  Really wish there was a FLUP piece that could be easily re lotted for custom parks and stuff.  Until then I just have to deal with a break in the street.

Something like this, you mean?

I guess those could be modified to match your needs...

It's an idea I have, is it possible to pack these two buildings together?

a 4x8 4x9 or so

Conde Nast Building (4 Times Square)
Bank of America Tower

I'm working on maybe breaking the game . . .

Check out the line count on this RUL2 file . . .

Once you cross the 65,535 barrier, it probably won't break until 2.4 billion....but they obviously could have used some unusual break in the HEX between those major breakpoints.

@scotttbarry definitely gorgeous!! If you think you are posting too much, you could instead make a development thread, even more if you plan to release some of those fantastic things (please do so!)

About the SCILT textures, I'm sure that @rsc204 had the scripts for replacing them with custom textures, so that could save you a ton of manual work. I have those files too, but is his work, so I prefer to respect that.

Lastly,  I started on editing the BMP's for CP's SCILT to create a new one featuring a texture from Catalyst's Asphalt Sidewalk Extension Mod (pictured below) but I'm not sure that doing this will simply create an override or would it be possible to use both the Super Light Asphalt SCILT and a custom one using this texture? I wanted to blend SLA with custom lots using Catalyst's texture.

By default you'd create an override for the original mod. That way any lots using CP's textures would show the sidewalks according to your customisations. I would caution you that there isn't a whole lot of content that actually uses these textures right now. As such sans custom lotting, they are of limited use IMHO, which is a shame because the idea is a good one.

I've ready to go scripts/repositories for much more than what I've been able to release. That includes everything to generate a custom SCILT pack. If you want a copy, just send me a PM and I'll pass it along. Similarly, I may be able to help with further steps towards unification if needed.

In the case of repositories like these, I'm happy for them to be redistributed frankly. Since it's taking me much longer than I'd like to organise all of this from my side.

Head over to my Lot and Mod Shack to keep abreast of my latest developments.

Do you like custom textures, but don't like all the work involved creating them?, take a look at the Texture Automation options here. Change the look and feel of your transit networks, with the minimum of effort, for example customised versions of my Sidewalk NAM (SWN) and Terrain Grass NAM (TGN) mods, and much more besides.

New to the NAM? Check out my tutorials on YouTube. Latest upload: How to: RHW - MHO Roundabout Interchanges. (Nov 25).

p.s. - I'm MGB over on SC4D and a member of the NAM team.

@rsc204 Awesome! Just sent you a message

@matias93 thank you! I was thinking the same thing as I would love to get something up on the STEX/Devotion

@monkeywater these are Bipin Concrete walls uploaded on his behalf to the STEX by @Belfastsocrates, however I’m using the prop included in that download on lots I’ve made and modified with the reader to make them slope compatible :)
