The tennis arenas are by DMScopio. I've relotted it though.

A WIP shot of the south Elmfield district. This area is almost finished and features the majestic Sir Robert and Lady Jefferson Gallery and Park as well as the Perseus National Tennis Centre, a world championship venue and national tennis training facility. First full update should be ready within the coming week or so.

Anyone aware of anything like the below images? I'm looking for light-industrial style office units. I can't recall if anything exists. It's a style of building that exists in most business parks and suited to niche or startup companies. I'm planning to put together a business park lot incorporating 'converted' brick mill buildings.

I am literally giddy with excitement at the prospect of this! I've been a lover and visitor to the Louvre since I was 12 and it's such a magnificent building. Delighted to see you back in full force

Many thanks! It's not so much mods. The water is just in-game water with a mod, can't recall which one but possible Brigantine. There's a fantastic list of possible water options here, compiled by @CorinaMarie; The seawalls are a download, available from SC4Devotion - https://www.sc4devotion.com/csxlex/lex_filedesc.php?lotGET=3051 The majority of the red brick filler plazas and lots are my own and created in Lot Editor. They're quite simple to put together.- 4 Comments

It was created in Lot Editor using various props from different places. Primarily -
Working on the Elmfield district of Passau and it'll include a former stately home, now a gallery and public park. Been working on the gardens and parkland around the house. Quite happy so far. The Louvre sculptures by @Raymond7cn are a superb addition to the game. Some additional teaser images here -

Passau | Views from across Elmfield (Teaser)
Belfastsocrates posted a City Journal entry in The Viceroyalty of Perseus
I've been working on a new district within Passau, it's known as Elmfield and it's name is derived from woodland that once spanned most of the area. The area is overwhelmingly residential but has a dense high-rise sector along the eastern edge of the district which forms part of the wider Caledon Quay business district, a former shipyard redeveloped in the 1980's and 90's. Caledon Quay is also home to the National Stadium of Perseus and the National Tennis Centre. The area also contains some light industrial and large scale retail as well as a large riverside park. Some teaser images below!- 4 Comments
