@kschmidtLooks great, I'd perhaps fill in some of those spaces with more terminal space. You can never have too much duty free!

@f3cs That is a really nice and clean map. Though, I'd recomened keeping all your text at the 90 degree level, rather than tiliting to to match the curves. Just a small improvement on readability.

Thank you, Yes there will be, some on edge of wing A where the subway connection is, some at the main terminal and  a more  curved entrance boulevard in front off.  Most basic elements created still a lot to go for, cargo area, hangar space, fire department, business areal, terminal C and D, still a lott refining and finishing touch go for !

Also be mindful of the liveries if you're going for real life locations -- such as WestJet and Southwest 737s together with Austrian and Lauda 737s (although WestJet and Norwegian are running 737-800s across the pond now...)

figured I might as well show off my progress in the city I had to rebuild due to prop pox

Prop pox ! Mostly I see it in parking lot of BAT´s and landmark´sk sometime a prop or texture pack missing, too many props present and used in plugin directory. Excelent pictures, not to many BAT´s or props. Rebuildig the plugin directory,  only way to reduce bat´s and props, well done !

Some liveries are at random, some are locals, choice of planes a little restricted half installed plane types and or liveries would crash the game. 747 obviously for trans atlantic flights, later indeed some 737 where cleared for trans atlantic traffic as U.S. 737 flight restriced regulations where liffed for some types !

New rail junction

Subdivision between the highway and bay

Zoom out

New subdivision higher up

3 transport lines converge

And turn

And bridge the gap

Great ral, road and HSR networks, high bridges little mind blowin, some embankment maybe better ?

In Italy, for thirty years under the Borgias, they had warfare, terror, murder, and bloodshed.  But they produced Michael Angelo, Leonardo Da Vinci, and The Renaissance.

In Switzerland, they had brotherly love and five hundred years of peace.  And what did that produce?

    The cuckoo clock !

@Haljackey I guess you know about it, but you can make a much smoother turnout (R2-R3 compound Turnouot) for that rail line. Like that one on my picture. Anyway I like how you put together these highways! :)

    Nice work! :)

    Yo, guys --

Can anybody upload a few detail shots -- closer shots -- that will show the detailing of terminals and the stripes on the tarmac at their airports?  I have no idea how to mark runways or even a basic placement for buildings -- other than what can be determined from Google satellite images.

I tried saving @kschmidt images (they are very good) on my HD for future reference, but for some reason -- I am unable to open them in any of my apps -- pic viewers -- paint, etc.  I need something I can download and look at while building my first real airport.

Thank you for your generous comment ! Airports are quit specialized subject, my knowledge limited  is however growing. Aproms, ramps and specialy taxiway´s are tough to master. All looks reasonable, wish a RMIP  set expanded to larger airports and or some more variations on the main airport terminals. Look eixcitely forward to any comments !

Well, it will be a little irregular. So this morning (but more likely yesterday evening) my flashdrive, where I kept most of my SC4 related stuffs (the digital version of STEX Discs, save copy from the game, all my city back-ups, and everything what I downloaded between 2010-2013 and 2015/, with a lot of no longer available stuffs as well - all original PEG stuff, some japanese and other Far-Eastern related stuffs as well -, all LEX and STEX related stuffs what I downloaded before 2016) wiped out entirely, basicly my flashdrive became an unformated RAW item... I'm a little bit shocked at this moment (O.K. it's not the World or so, but hard to belive that I lost those stuffs what I collected during the years...) Well I tend to get back most of the stuff and encourage everybody (I mean the staffs of the different still available sites) to make that decision to gather all the more or less officially lost contents and start sorting out some legacy solution...

So probably the next couple of weeks/months (ok probably will be playing too) I tend to download and sort out anything what I can find, since I can't open new cities until I don't have the originals as back-ups...

Sad,and sory for your lose. Flash drive aren´t a medium for secure backup how fast they are. Burn a DVD -R or a second system or remote Harddisk ! Lesson learned, yet losing so much is hard to get, hope you can recover some allthought some of the Japanese stuff will be lost forever, tariefle got some collection of NOB textures,...!
