I think another idea would be a non-descript building that's actually an escort service call out center. It would fit in well with the Vegas city theme and the picture would be totally PG since it'll look like any run of the mill CS$ or even CS$$ building.

Strip clubs are a product of the free market. You have a service that is in demand and some people willing to fill that demand, kinda like how RCI works. There's nothing good, bad, right or wrong about it. I don't see what the whole brouhaha is all about.
