This building was inspired by the Tuntex Building; after a picture I saw on google. It is designed as a "Split" building; it stretches over an in game section of road. The building taks a total foot print of 7 wide, by 5 deep, and is designed so that it will fit on two 5x3 sections of land, on each side of a road. You can plop it over an existing section of road, or connect it after it is plopped. Be sure to provide both power and water before plopping it. | |||||||||

Ploppable Landmark (Reward) Version : The Landmark version of this lot can be selected from the Reward menu and plopped in your city.
