Huge warehouses can be found in almost all of the industrial districts in my city. However Wilmott Widgets is still pretty small comparatively. This lot is based on a building in the Brooklyn Navy Yard. Fire Stage - 4 Flammability - 70 Power Cons. - 18 Water Cons. - 267 Air Pollution - 18 over 9 tiles Water Poll. - 13 over 13 tiles Garbage Poll. - 4 over 0 tiles Dependencies BSC MEGA Props – Gascooker Vol01.datBSC Mega Props – JES Vol01.dat Installation Auto Installation: Double-click the installer file to start the installation. The program will guide you through the process. You can change the default installation path, but we strongly suggest to keep the standard folder in order to make future updates and additions easier. MAC Users: File Juicer (https://echoone.com/filejuicer/forwindows) should enable you to use this installer package. Un-Installing: To un-install the files, simply bulldoze every lot from this download in your cities and delete the files from the plugins folder afterwards. Download Locations - Lot files go to My Documents\SimCity 4\Plugins\BSC\Don Miguel\Warehouse. The ReadMe file goes to My Documents\SimCity 4\STEX_Downloads\BSC\Don Miguel. It will launch automatically at the end of the installation. Note about Nightlighting Effects In order to see the nightlighting, you must install the EP1-Update 1 for Rush Hour/SimCity 4 Deluxe, and then afterwards, install the SC4-Update for nightlighting. This building was inspired by the Tuntex Building; after a picture I saw on google. It is designed as a "Split" building; it stretches over an in game section of road. The building taks a total foot print of 7 wide, by 5 deep, and is designed so that it will fit on two 5x3 sections of land, on each side of a road. You can plop it over an existing section of road, or connect it after it is plopped. Be sure to provide both power and water before plopping it. Ploppable Landmark (Reward) Version : The Landmark version of this lot can be selected from the Reward menu and plopped in your city. This time it has jobs! This is the Old Town Havanna Cigar Factory used in my Cuban cities to manufacture those prime Key West Cuban Cigars The lot is a little different from the one in the picture with a couple of different overlays, but no difference in the building. It is a 7x5 lot with over 840+ Manufacturing Jobs. This is great to fill up IM demand, and it doesn't pollute all that bad so can be placed wisely. I put a new lot up instead of updating the old one as this will get noticed more, but to those who downloaded the Landmark version you can still download this one, and be able to use them both as the previous one is a landmark with extra landmark effect and this is an I-M building.
