Besides that wonderful canal set in the picture above, which has already been asked about by several simtropians, I am now also interested in the two brown buildigns with square roofs in the center of the picture, one opposit the other across the itersection - I guess it's actually the same building just mirroring one another. I hope somebody knows where to find the building and the canal set... Please! :|

Sorry I don't know about that dat file, but Gizmo's site is there, you need to register. BTW, thanks a lot for posting the picture of that marvellous canal set. I do hope someone will help us find it, I want it too!

I agree completely. To PTPLauthor: Saying about 75%, Dijego didn't really expect the company to share with ST's and other modders. Everybody knows they won't share or anything. The point is, the community has made their product many times more desirable than the original was. That is what the company realizes for sure. And yet is gonna act as snobbish as they do with pushing up this bad product which the new game actually is - Dijego's comparison with buying a new car is very illustrative. P.S. SC4 and the previous CS's were the games that everyone with an enough-spec computer could play. The new game of 2013 is not like that - one must be online to play it. That is the proviso I personally can't comply with. Therefore, the new game or any other must-be-online game is a no-no for me. Period. -

It makes my heart bleed ahen I think they really might find some "fans" who told them soncerely they wanted the new version of their favorite SimCity NOT to have: - massive metropolises - large-size maps - subways - disabling disasters - etc, etc, etc...

I liked two things: the way the player can now have all that layered stats info, and the curving road placing. All the other things are still disappointing. It's obvious, no subway because only small towns available. But the road traffic - in the small town shown in the live simulation - looks like they are going to have traffic jams very soon. The territory is so horribly limited... They said something about "like a mid size city in SC4", but it looks smaller imo. Place an airport, and there's no room for your city then. And the "dollhouse" graphics... Yes, there's the "not final software" warning, but it'll take years to make it look good, at least as good as SC4... -
