While going through my plugins, doing some downsizing, i found these old props I made for a project I'm never going to create. I was going to delete them but I thought the community could use them instead. This pack contains several airplanes props ranging from 747 in old liveries to Japan Self Defense Forces aircraft and ground vehicles. A diagonal tram stop inspired by Paris tram T3a is also included. Please note that these props are given as is. I am aware there are rendering issues but I will not fix them. I do not have the models anymore. If you don't like them, don't use them. simple as. Also I did not model these. All of the models come from the sketchup 3D warehouse (except the tram stop, that's mine) For more information, pictures and list of vehicles, please visit my BAT thread. [ ] -

The Instrument Landing System is a vital part of any airport for the safe landing of planes. This set provides you all the necessary pieces for the safety of your Sims travels. This set contains: -VOR/DME Antenna -Red and white approach lights, orthogonal and diagonal (original models by JENX/Xannepan available at the LEX) -Glide slope Antenna, orthogonal and diagonal (original models by JENX/Xannepan available at the LEX) -Localizer Antenna, orthogonal and diagonal -PAPI (Precision Approach Path Indicator) Left, right, orthogonal and diagonal They should be found at the bottom of the Airport menu. Issue: The right orthogonal PAPI doesn't light up at night. I will not re-render it, don't have the models anymore. Dependencies: Neko Textures http://hide-inoki.com/bbs/archives/sc4_0887.html CP Textures vol 1 https://www.sc4devotion.com/csxlex/lex_filedesc.php?lotGET=101 Edit - corrected the URL for neko textures -
Beautiful! Regarding my previous post, this wasn't exactly a request but more like throwing an idea... But If you want me to make a request... I would really like to have 2 shinkansen skins, related to where my SC4 region is located in Japan: 100/200 Series Shinkansen, in shark nose variant, Tohoku Shinkansen original livery. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/100_Series_Shinkansen https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/200_Series_Shinkansen And E3 Series Shinkansen in Akita original livery. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/E3_Series_Shinkansen I'd really appreciate to have these two to use in my SC4 world.

Beautiful. Would you be interested in making other series of shinkansen? Like the 100/200, 400, E1, E2, E3 etc

@jonnboy1976 Thanks! Some years ago I posted a picture of cars I've rendered in the game as props. After listening to the comments and talking to other creators, it made me acknowledge the cars were under-scaled. After almost two months of work, starting on the 27th December 2022, I've re-rendered all the cars and more. In this pack, you will find 719 different cars coming in two angles, 90 and 45. That's 1438 props. It's a lot so feel free to use whichever you want. They also feature night lights. (except some race cars) These cars are made firstly for my use, and since my region is based on pre-2000, all the cars are the same. From the start of the 20th century to 1999. They come in a variety of different type, from road cars to concepts and race cars. Full list in this post. You can download them on the STEX here: Here are some pictures showing all the cars. (The pictures are heavy so give them time to load) Road cars: Race cars: Disclaimer: I did not model the cars. Apart from a few modification here and there. I converted and imported them into 3dsmax, textured and rendered them for SC4. They mostly come from Assetto Corsa mods and Sketchup's 3D Warehouse. All credits goes to the original creators. Since I am not making money out of this, I'd say it's fair play to use them. And with that done, back to the other BATs.

Very nice custom planes.

@canadiansim Beautiful! Would you consider opening a CJ to show us more of your work? -- Quick question to everyone since I will be posting some stuff here in the future: What would you say is too big a size for a props pack? I currently have a prop pack almost ready to be uploaded, but it's already 70Mb big, is it too much? Should I split it? It isn't datpacked so that people can chose what to keep or not.

@Krisman Beautiful! I assume the two buildings are supposed to be the same hospital? If so, I would put some connecting concourse between them, like Glenni's skywalks.

Bridges are really nice, specially that street steel girder one, love it. The buildings are really cool too. I just hope you're going to do custom LODs on the generic office one so you can place props in the V shaped area.

@matias93 Very nice! Personally I would have put the station the other way around so the elevators connect to your two roundabouts and act as a kind of ticket building.
-
@Krisman Always nice to see my buildings in action! They do seem to fit nicely even in non W2W setups. Beautiful pictures as always!

Some progress on the base of the towers. -The atrium is 90% modeled, needs textures and lights and small details. -The left building is done. I need to add details to the swimming pool area, chairs, steps etc. -the right building is done as well, needs windows textures and furniture in the top floor (gym) -The parking is 75% done, I need to redo the ramps, add details to the windows then textures and lights. -The top of the base will have HVAC and other utilities as well as private gardens for the apartments on the first floor of the two towers. Renders are HD but the building will be SD in the final render.

Looking nice! Quick question, on the Guangzhou tower how did you make the support beam go around the structure like that?

I don't have a MD or CJ at the moment but I will create one sometime in the future. I'm waiting for a few things to be done first ingame and outside the game.

@Fabio1984 Looks good! Is that two large city tiles? --- And since the last region shot, my region finally went above the million citizens.

Started working on my next BAT. These are the Harbour Village I and II residential towers from Rotterdam, NL. Basic shape of the base is done. I think I will finish the base first and then start the towers.
