    Facade could use a little more detail perhaps via improved wall texture, however it isn't bad overall. The windows are very uniform and are "black holes", which is something else you may want to improve upon. Thanks ;)

    Model looks lovely. It might be slightly underscaled, but my main gripe is with the roof texture. It is too uniform and white so it distracts from the rest of the model. I would love to see you open up a BAT thread so you can discuss things at length.

    Night lighting is very cool and the hospital looks nice. The only thing I would do is add some stats. I might also do something with the windows. Really love thoughs night lights though.

    a don't really like the roof textures...probably some concrete or gravel-like textures would be better. also add some night lights. but this is very good for your first building. P.S. Lotting needs work too.

I haven't made up my mind yet whether it's my personal taste or not, but it's a great upload either way, so hats off to you, and thanks for sharing! :) I agree with zero7, btw - I, too, could imagine this as the office part of some I-HT plant.

    Hey dk1, your small restaurants look really nice and i just browsed all of your uploads. Thank you so much for uploading these! No huge skyscrapes, monuments, blockbusting stuff, just decent and really nice looking buildungs, perfectly done, lotted nicely and able to fit everywhere.

    I'm sure most people don't recognize this, but these decent bats are the ones we need the most. Because you can't plop the same huge skyscraper again and again and again. You can use it just once. Your bats can grow everywhere, spread and add variety, yet still fit in with the ones maxis made. Therefore I appreciate your efforts very, very much. Thank you!

    very good upload, not flashy but definetely needed in cities. I use gas stations alot, so ill definetely download. the street thing matching up with the station part looks awful though, i think it would be best to leave that part out. 8/10 good job with this.

    thanks for everyone's comments. Yeah it should be quite a bit bigger than shown in the game, yet I wasn't sure if my computer could handle such a render job. I also would think it might look silly (too big) in the game if it were it's actual size, but that's just my opinion.

    Simgoober, HELP!!!!! Why when I download some of your other lots the show up as bown packages in the game? This one has a black spot where the parking lot should be.

    Great idea and looks great in the game, however unfortunately this totally hosed my police funding - it shows up as an "error-no name" in the funding list and always is set to $0 - which causes the entire police force to strike.
