This BAT is a re-render of my previous One California Plaza from last year. I was able to bring it into 3dsMax, and retexture and scale it to match better with my recent Two California Plaza.
This BAT is based on the 42 story One California Plaza, located in Downtown Los Angeles, and built in 1985. It includes both a growable and ploppable version. Both versions are on a 4x4 lot, and both provide 3000 Co$$ jobs. The ploppable version costs $45,000 to place. This BAT requires no dependencies. Enjoy!
