Whats wrong with drug testing? While I can agree with some of the points you are trying to make this one seems to be very common sense and a worth while effort. Testing some one for current drug abuse is somthing that should always be done before they receve government checks. Food stamps, drug counseling, and WIC/ other child sevices are the only exceptions that should really be made. (I say this as a moderate conservative, low income, working, self supporting, tax paying American.)

The "cmd" command/ search should still work, if thats what your asking.

At least it won't be expensive: only $40 to upgrade.

I've had to do a few system restores in the past and everytime I just reinstalled sc4 from the cd(s) and pasted my backed up "Sim City 4" folder from a usb drive into the My Documents file. Never once had a issue getting any saved cities or plugins to work. As far as GMAX goes prob just best to redownload from the website.

What causes the error I keep getting it for days on end. I'm only occasionally able to get on chat beacuse of the Authentication error.
