Try doing a search here on the STEX for "NIMBY" lots and hopefully you'll come across the sets from both MadHatter106 and SimGoober

 

Incidentally most of SG's (SimGoober) NIMBY lots were also consolidated in this pack here:

I don't know for sure, but there are definitely clues.  Teemu_on almost certainly made it, judging by of his from quite a while ago.

But it can also be seen in the same thread that there's a reason he has not been made available.

I was kinda looking for medium size buildings, to fit within my downtown.

Seems so, although the post is a few years old now. The staff might be able to reverse this decision, but it is ultimately up to them.

Just to clarify, since it was being recited several times ...

 

 

A careful reading to the indicated makes it clear that this stance was not taken by a moderator and the reasons for that has not been made available referred to the fact that there were some problems and was a beta version.

You're correct, those stairs are found in CSX MEGA prop packs. Can't recall which ones exactly, then again I do recall they're spread out over 3 or 4 packs, along with those walls and railings. Just search the LEX for CSX, download no1 t/m 7 and fire up the Lot Editor! 

 

Hello everybody,

 

I was wondering if anyone knows of a list of buildings/lots for fractional angle networks. Preferably low-rise, something like but that would be aimed to sit along a FA road (FA-2 or FA-3). Residential or commercial will do.

 

Unfortunately to this day there're very few far BATs. There two ortho-to-far BATs ( ), finally for good measure, that's about it I'm afraid.

I had this mod that overrides pedestrian tiles. So when i plop a pedestrian mall it changes : it ahs tress or benches, or cars. It's like a small 1x1 plaza override for the pedestrian mall. By mistake i deleted the file and i can't find it anywere on the web
