Happy 20 Years, SimCity 4! I had been waiting. I did not know what I had been waiting for, but it has been a number of years since I was left at the temple by an unknown person. I do not remember his voice or what he looked like, but I remember that he was wearing a black and red armor of a bushō... But when is the right time? What is my destiny?
