A mod isn't actually needed.

Just hold Ctrl+X to open the cheat box, type tastyzots and then press Enter.

This also hides the 3 other zots (icons); no power, water and road connection. To keep the effect, the command must be re-entered after loading each city. Just remember though, this only masks these issues, and doesn't prevent abandonment.

Please don't take this offensive, but I don't understand how you'd have a hard time finding any of the 1000s of office buildings on the STEX & LEX (not to mention all the other not so well known exchanges). Just use the advanced search function to look for 'office'. You'll have more to choose from than you need. Or even a better way is to just type "Office Simtropolis/SD4Devotion" in your search engine. I've always found this to be the preferred method personally.

 

With so many, it would be futile to try and list them all. 

 

I know this isn't much help, but this is the "Can't Find It..Ask Here" thread, usually for known bats that are hard to track down. Not for asking for general type of bats that are a dime a dozen. 

 

Remember, everyone (including you) has their own taste when it comes to custom content, you're better off searching for the ones you like best and not just taking what others tell you to.

If you're not using the NAM Traffic Simulator, most of the "abandonment due to commute time" issues can be attributed to (or blamed on) the default traffic simulator, which is horrifically broken.

I don't know where that red wall is from, but i can tell you you cant just get it alone. the  wall, underground road beside it, and the cars and lights are all one model. (Notice how the cars in the underground section have shadows but the prop cars beside it dont)

I wanna play Simcity 4 coz its old , better and nice than all other games. I make a document and set all links i need from STEX to my links. I doesn't have the game already. But if i get it soon , i want to make a CJ thats looks like a little bit of Scandivanian Countries. Its an big island thousand of kilometres long. But i link them and i'll check them and the depencie links that don't work: send i to this treath. I really want to look if the have those homes , RHW textures and Turning Lanes textures from this: . I really like also two Scandinavian gas stations thats called: Preem and Statoil. And a swedish supermarket called: ICA. I think there was also a Prisma hypermarket to at this site.

Nope, that's not the SAM. It's a mod that changes a lonely, single road tile to the parking lot texture, Haljackey uses it in his videos. Dunno where he got it either though.

I could be wrong, but I think that was part of an old mod made by Heblem, unfortunately I don't think it's available anymore as it was never completed.
