Apparently the guys and gals at Suncor's new factory in the Kingdom finally got their first customer, the village of Yampin! Here's their new solar panel farm in the northern hillside of this wonderful eco-friendly community up in the mountains!

After building Brisbane's inner rail network a while back, I realised that most "realistic" train systems don't terminate at the city centre, but rather are through-run to allow for greater frequencies.

So I made an underground loop using subway-to-rail converters, to prevent mass resumptions. Inspiration was the Melbourne City Loop.

These two gas stations have VP Racing fuel canopies, so in addition to the normal 87-89-93 grade fuel, they also have 97-100-110 octane fuels for race cars, or if you really are feeling like wanting to take a risk, you can put it in your car and hope the engine doesn't blow up

Hi everyone!

Well, it's been a long time. Some of my lotting works are still collecting dust, until I figure it out, how much update my Heretic Essentials will get eventually (at this moment it's getting bigger and bigger, since I made a bunch of custom overlay textures for some upcoming lots, also there will be a new folder which contains models from several authors who were so kind and made some models for my lotting projects: @Simmer2, @Girafe and @Goldman Sachs thanks guys very much!). However in the maintime I created a little side project for @pgxpgx's request which I released today here:

Ok, some of you (who regulary follows the CFI topic) might know, that finally the @STEX Custodian account (with the support of the admins @CorinaMarie and @Cyclone Boom) is alive and kicking. At this moment I have a little issue with my RL duties, so I haven't been able to upload some lost contents and/or moved some previously uploaded ones which would fall under these terms. Hower these events will happen soon. Also some of you might know that I started a project over at SC4D LEX in the background, where we eventually will swap the *.exe installer based contents with a folder based "just simply unzip it" or "drag and drop" or "copy from the zip" version. In a bit of relation with this, it came to our attention, that some of the installers of the @ILL Tonkso files (which were made under the BSC hood back in the days - 13-14 years ago) are not working properly. The installer scrip were written wrongly and instead of copying the contents into the active Plugins folder, it generates a custom folder path outside of the default plugin folder, therefore the actual contents never end up into the active playing folder. Anyway. To fixing this, I swapt the original installer files with folder based (extracted) versions on the following two uploads:

News Reporter:  We are live from the Silurum-Aldemar road, right in front of Uncle Jimmy's Mo-mo Milk Fields. Today we witness an especially nasty crash between two passenger cars, a farm freight truck and a bus from the Aldemar Intercity BusXpress. Witnesses of the incident claim to have seen the truck's bed detach from the tractive unit, just when it lost control. The truck driver then swerved across the newly improved roadway, taking with him a commuter and the bus. Authorities are yet to arrive at the scene, which will require lifting the bus from both cars and the truck cabin. With how nasty the crash turned out, we're gonna need an ambulance for a few folks. Back to Melinda and Robert at the home studio!
