@tariely I'm using a blank lot with the pool props that come with the Palace of Fine Arts landmark.

you mean, they're going to put a giant mosaic graffiti on the blind side ? *:ohyes: (alas, no, I assume.)

Not quite lol.  The starburst panels that @mattb325 has nicely captured will remain however.

@nycsc4, that's correct, it's the Sheraton Clayton Plaza. I've made a bunch of changes based on the hideousness that I saw on google's satellite view and the architect's rendering. I've trashed the horrific lean to that houses the pool. Also, the top floor for instance is open to the air but has windows that open just for HVACs.....:boggle:

About the only thing I liked was the sculptural concrete, but that was only because of its novelty factor....

It'll be released soon.....

I just missed this before my last post.  This looks plenty fine, you may like the redesign though.  Can't wait to download!

Agriculture nicely zoned, rail infra structure functional allthough one straight line with sidings is moe realistic, highway all ready got a on/off ramp; why the left side road crossing ? Cosmeticly use the minimize butto remover; numlock hides and restore the menu so no unnesecary UI when making screenshots !

G key will shutdown  or show the grid

Sincerely yours,

My dearest friend --  *:thumb:

You do know that your last remark (question) simply went out there to "thin air", right ?  *

The only way to alert @korver that you have addressed a query to him is to either use the "quote" function or the "earmark" blue-thingie...  *:read:

I apologize for interrupting "Pseudo-Tolkien-Land".  *:kitty:

In Italy, for thirty years under the Borgias, they had warfare, terror, murder, and bloodshed.  But they produced Michael Angelo, Leonardo Da Vinci, and The Renaissance.

In Switzerland, they had brotherly love and five hundred years of peace.  And what did that produce?

The cuckoo clock !

@gutterclub It's a custom BAT. I didn't model it, but I did re texture it which included adding reflections to the windows in 3dsmax (not photoshopped). I still need to play around with some of the material settings and my ground plane/bump maps to perfect it, but this is where it's at currently:

Nice, looking good! Same question around Tower 42 for your City of London recreation, looks create and definitely release worthy. Have you thought about releasing BATs?

@Goldman Sachs

Beautiful -- simply beautiful !  *:thumb:

The detail, as always, is accurate and extensive -- and the rust on the hull and funnels is well done (not too much & not too little).

Did you ever solve the lighting problem ?
