    Windows 10 SimCity 4, version 1.1.641 all files are in the same plugin folder this is what the file says: Submenus DLL 1.1.2 09:54:33 Installed the Duplicate/Missing Menu Icons fix. 09:54:33 Installed the Submenus patch. 09:54:37 Installed the Exemplar Patching feature. 10:02:57 Loaded 0 Exemplar patches targeting, in total, 0 Exemplar files. 10:06:57 Initialized 0 submenus (0 empty, 0 not reachable). The only thing I need to check is the x86 file, but I could swear I have it installed, anyway I'm going to check
