I checked in the database and see that particular attachment ID no longer exists, so it must've got deleted somehow (maybe due to a site glitch). That isn't something I've observed to happen before unless when a poster deletes an image themselves, but it isn't beyond reasonable possibility for a random occurrence.

Anyhow, I've re-attached the pic from the OP of @dylansan's Data Views thread.

     Playa Jaicoa now boasts a new attraction, its seaside amusement park!     

 

     Numerous rides, kiosks and attractions complement the toasty and salty seaside afternoons by the shore!     

 

     This seems to be a symptom of the main city of Jaicoa spilling into its southern suburbs, with encroachment of large commercial tracts over the fields and close to the freeway.     

 

     The freeway interchange appears to be coping well, although the crossroad required a widening to avenue!

I have made a bunch of diagonal filler parks for those awkward spots along diagonal roads/avenues in a modern style.

They're all in a prop family (so one lot will give all of the above variations everytime you plop it) and each has a bunch of different trees/flowers/sculpture etc

Currently in the early developmental phase of re-creating the infamous Queensbridge area for a future update.

The closest thing I could find that exists and that somewhat resembles the Queensbridge Housing Projects is @zero7 's Boleyn Tower 8 low rise version https://www.sc4devotion.com/csxlex/lex_filedesc.php?lotGET=1816

As you can see, I have lots of work and careful planning ahead to further develop the area.

There are some New York Projects available on the LEX which have some buildings that are somewhat similar to the pictures, I might be misremembering them, but I think they would be worth a look.

I think I know what you are talking about, you are refering to the NYC Housing Project pack 3 by marcszar. If only these were low risers I would have used them for Queensbridge, but I have used them in other parts of the CJ specifically for the FDR Housing if interested, see the link below:
