Whoa! Cool!! I also work as a teacher nowadays. I used to tutor mainly in History, Spanish and Math, with the occasional Ethics or Logic class. That job took me all over the city, which wasn't always a nice commute, but it did give me an opportunity to observe the city's size and diversity.

Also, it's really cool that you modeled that house as a cul-de-sac end, and that the houses are going to be w2w! There are actually a lot of gated streets over here, which aren't always easy to represent with the way the game does zoning and development.

Update on jet bridge.  Expanded and added 3 level jet bridge to terminal connector.  The idea behind this is that you can interchange Domestic and International flights using the same gate (no more need for dedicated international terminals).

1st level is for international arrivals to direct passengers securely to customs and immigration. 2nd level is for international departures.  3rd level is for domestic flights (arrivals and departures).

Also testing alignment to B777-300.  Plane sold separately

After releasing the diagonal filler parks, I received a link to the "Tokyo Toilet Project" (apparently this is a real thing) and a request to bring some public toilets into SC4....there are only one or two available, so what the hell....

If I may make a little comment. I'm not sure about the electrified wire on top of the walls. It wouldn't be a bad thing to remove it, even if you lose a little detail and realism. The walls and gate themselves are great, I will definitely use them on my own lots!!

,BAT RESET - ZERO TO ...  ? Rebuild from scratch !

Last few years I have build UserDir plugins folders for dozens of projects, with a variety fo custom Bat´s, Mod´s, Lot´s, these where projected at several European and American projects, very specialized  to the area, mostly well established Bat´s, Lots´s, usefull customs. Most are local or for some kind of rail, road, water or other purpose aimed. Last 5 years there have been so greet flux in customs I have start with something new to refresh my work. Some author´s like Mattb325, KOSC, SM2 create great work, I don´t want to stretch my desire direct into any way of a populair author, so first I worked on the Maxis Replacement Overhaul set, some Medium density Residentials by KOSC and the Industry Revolution Mod !

 

First, look development is going as planned ! Upside of town industrial so house development is slower. Downtown and lower the more desired neighbourhoods as the houses show !

LRM light mod gives some disco light, there´s only a short period of unspoiled ligjt from buildings !

Still some low commercial units availble downtown !

Agriculture SPAM is a great mod, CAM or some individual non or ploped are great but leaving it with maxis will not be the way !

What will be in my future plugins folder, bright new buildings, special in purpose or design, not to many of anything, no particular author first, no to excotic, non related widely used Bat´s Lot´s wich I not yet have used in any of my work !
