Making some parks outta of these new paths.

The King's Passage Park is a 3x8 simple and slim park with winding pathways. The Joey Auburn Park is a larger 5x8 park best used as a local part in a community.

I made these as a bit of in-between filler for residential blocks. These parks were designed to be semi-modular to an extent. You can daisy chain a few of them together to create a large and irregular swatch of park space quickly.

Here's one of the planned big daddy parks, the M. Mushy Community Park. This is a 10x15 suburban park with pretty much everything: fields, courts, playground area and plenty of greenspace and walkways.

I love you man.

Queen of (Northern) Lights

Custom Member Label assigned! I really like how those plazas are resulting! Have you thought on some low wealth ones, by the way? Those paths look adequate for both wealth levels...

Yes, that"s what I was thinking too. Now, I must confess all those are eyecandy -- but I (suppose I) know how to remedy that both up and down$  for later lots... :-)

@kingofsimcity : I just saw your new paths !!!  OMG-OMG-OMG. You ARE the King.

(immediate greedy thought  : could there be a few more textures ?)

But... OMG-OMG-OMG !!! And you're doing this now ? I am going to work with those well into the next decade !!!

I think it was on SC4Dev that Nick said that a re-textureable pack for GoFSH was going to be released soon, so we'll be able to use virtually every existent texture with those.

Now, you have two options with that: either making a replacement for the original overlays with a single different texture, which is super easy, or to request another texture ID range and to make a different set, so you can mix the new textures with the original ones.

Introducing a brand new concept for SC4, specifically for RRW users. (If you haven't switched to RRW yet I strongly suggest you do so, you are missing a lot of goodies...)
As most of you know. I have already made several True DTR sidings and its now time to go STR :)

Staggered True STR Sidings! and yes, both freight and passengers trains will happily traverse these sidings. I will create them with different lengths and off course they will have tons of timed goodies on them. Shown are a few but I created 30 different industrial rail loads for maximum diversity.
Here are some pics.

I love it that someone --  namely you :-)...-- has endeavoured to make stuff for the RRW, both single and doble track. I just wish some other one would tackle all the railway stations --  or at least the really good ones, systematically. When slumming in the L.E. looking for textures or overlays :-) I always wonder if the RRW ones are in there. I'm not sure. Are they ? I could at least attempt a few stations for myself and see how it turns out...
